HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Luthier Guitar Show 2024
If you wish to participate as an exhibitor in the Luthier Guitar Show, you can use the following form. It is important to note that the Luthier Guitar Show is a curated exhibition by the Asociación Colaborativa de Luthieres Contemporáneos de España (LuCE), aimed at established professionals in the field. Exhibitors must meet specific selection criteria and adhere to the event’s rules.
Before completing the form, please be aware:
When requesting participation, you may be asked to provide evidence of legal conditions related to the economic activity undertaken by the applicant.
Additionally, the characteristics of the instruments are evaluated so that, according to criteria established by LuCE, the exhibition is attractive and aligns with the association’s objectives regarding the organization of the exhibition.
Applying for participation does not guarantee automatic acceptance. Decisions made by LuCE in this regard are final, not subject to review, and do not require justification.
TERMS
EXHIBITORS
The Show is exclusively focused on professional manufacturers. The only way to participate in the event is by contracting the space of a table of 1.80 x 0.75 meters. It is only possible to have one table per exhibitor.
The number of exhibitors (tables) is limited to 55.
WARRANT
The exhibition will be organized so that the exhibitors are shown to the public in a logical, harmonic and aesthetic way. The cabins can be used freely, within a logical limit of time, which allows their use by all equally. A catalog of the exhibition will be published, where all the exhibitors will be and will be distributed for free to the public.
LOGISTICS
For those who need to ship & storage the instruments through a courier, there will be a service of reception, storage and subsequent dispatch of them, with no additional cost.
HOUSE RULES
It is strictly forbidden to test any electrical instrument (amplified), effect pedal or amplifier, outside the cabins. The test is allowed on the tables ONLY with headphones. This rule is strict and exceptions will not be allowed.
